Australia’s most developed floodplain

“The Brisbane River floodplain is estimated to have the largest number of existing buildings of any floodplain in Australia. Urban development has been extensive throughout the Brisbane River floodplain over the past century. As of 2017, an estimated 134,000 buildings were located in the Brisbane River floodplain.”
