Largest government climate adaptation program

The Resilient Homes Fund was set up by the Queensland and Australian Governments to financially assist Queensland homeowners impacted by the 2021-2022 floods. With $741 million in funding, the program is said to be the largest climate adaptation program ever delivered in Australia. It aims to improve the resilience of homes by retrofitting, raising or voluntary buy-backs.
