How high did the floodwater go?

“It would be useful to create more visible markers in our community showing where floodwaters rise to, because online aerial maps don’t always show the full picture. Knowing how high floodwaters have risen in the past could save someone’s life (or at least stop them parking their car in spots that are likely to get flooded).”
