What emergency information do you trust?

The Brisbane City Council is responsible for providing localised public flood information and warnings. Good communication is key. It should include what is currently known, unknown and what actions to take. This maintains trust with residents and assists them to plan and act. Alternative communication channels are needed to account for power outages, mobile phone coverage, and people with vision or hearing impairments.
