Get ready for the wet season by creating a personal emergency plan!
Come along to our two day workshops (in-person and online) where trained facilitators from Resilient Kurilpa and Metro South Health will support you to tailor your own personal emergency plan for floods and other emergencies. We’ll guide you through the four-part Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness (P-CEP) process, which includes:
Identifying your strengths and support needs in everyday life.
Know your level of emergency preparedness and learn about your disaster risk.
Plan for how you wil manage your support needs in an emergency.
Communicate the plan with the people in your support network and address gaps through collaboration.
